monodit may offer monthly and yearly subscription plans, as well as optional storage add-ons billed on a monthly or yearly basis.
Unless otherwise stated:

- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription may automatically convert to a paid subscription
- Fees are charged in advance for the applicable subscription period
- Paid plans and paid add-ons may renew automatically until cancelled
- You may cancel at any time, and cancellation will generally take effect at the end of the current billing period
- Access to paid features may change if your subscription or add-on lapses, expires, is cancelled, or is downgraded
Except where required by applicable law, fees are non-refundable once charged. This does not limit refunds or credits we may issue in our discretion, refunds required by law, or actions taken by our billing provider in connection with disputes, chargebacks, fraud prevention, or billing error correction.
If you have billing questions, contact support@monodit.com.
